PHONE ORIENTATION AND MOVEMENT
When I FLIP my phone face down it means don't disturb me.
When I SHAKE my phone it means I want to make a personal call. SHAKE it again and I want to make a business call.
When I get back to my desk, FLICK my mobile at my deskphone, it means I want to 'push' the call. When I FLICK it back, it means I want to 'pull' the call to my mobile.
