PHONE ORIENTATION AND MOVEMENT
When I FLIP my phone face down it means don't disturb me.
When I SHAKE my phone it means I want to make a personal call. SHAKE it again and I want to make a business call.
When I get back to my desk, FLICK my mobile at my deskphone, it means I want to 'push' the call. When I FLICK it back, it means I want to 'pull' the call to my mobile.
"Getting customers to visit our self-service portals to manage their BroadWorks service just wasn't working. It's too hard. They are too busy and its human nature not to bother. It meant our service became 'set and forget'. At end of contract, customers just wanted a better price and the inevitable discounting discussions were killing us."
"We are using our own branded version of PiPA to make sure UC-One is downloaded and activiated on our customer's handsets and then show real value as our PiPA recipes exercise the network every moment of the day. For the first time, there is a real dependancy on our service and the customers they can't live without it."
"Finally we have struck on an approach that brings our UC offering to life. PiPA is smart and its cool. It sits in the background going about its business. Our customers are now finally consuming, every day, those really powerful BroadWorks UC features. It really enhances our 'mobile first' strategy based on BroadSoft's UC-One client."
"It's so cool to see a our sales guys just flip the phone on the desk in front of a customer and watch their faces when the desk phone goes 'Do Not Disturb'. It shows us as an innovative Service Provider. A huge paradigm shift in the way we promote our BroadWorks platform and re-think our investments in self-care web portals."
